Look for Acute onset Pain, Pallor, Pulselessness, Perishing cold, Paraesthesia, Paralysis. Acute embolus in a normal limb is a surgical emergency needing assessment for embolectomy and an angiogram is generally not needed. Should go to the Operating room.
