Name Starting Dose Frequency Route Dantrolene (Tone) 25 mg BD - 100 mg QDS PO/IV/IM Dantrolene (MH/NMS) Initially 2-3 mg/kg, then 1 mg/kg, repeated if necessary; maximum 10 mg/kg per course.
