Millard Gubler syndrome | Ipsilateral LMN Facial weakness and abducens weakness and a contralateral hemiplegia. Infarct at the pontomedullary junction takes out VII nucleus and VI nerve and corticospinal tract |
Wallenberg syndrome | Ipsilateral V,IX,X,XI palsy. Horner syndrome. Cerebellar ataxia and contralateral pain and temperature sense impaired = Wallenberg syndrome. Lateral spinothalamic tract, descending pupil dilator fibres and spinocerebellar and olivocerebellar tracts as well as V,IX,X,XI nuclei and lateral tegmentum of medulla (Lateral medullary syndrome) |
